    From our voice vendor: "At approximately 11:15am EST today we experienced another issue with Calling Services. Our Engineers are working on this now and we will notify you once the issue has been resolved. This event is related to the issues we have been seeing this entire week. We have been working with Oracle on this throughout the evening and will continue to do so until the issues are fully resolved."
