We are currently experiencing issues with handsets un-registering and then regaining connectivity. We are working with the provider to determine the time frame to resolution and the underlying issue.

We have contacted the appropriate vendors and are awaiting updated info. We will update as soon as we have more info. Incident is resolved. We will provide information as to what caused this issue once it is known.

We are detecting extremely high packet loss on Spectrum Coax accounts in the Downtown Cleveland, TN area. We have been opening tickets with them as issues are being reported. We will post any global news here. Please reach out to our offices to report any issues so we can make sure Spectrum has record of the incident.

From our voice vendor: "At approximately 11:15am EST today we experienced another issue with Calling Services. Our Engineers are working on this now and we will notify you once the issue has been resolved. This event is related to the issues we have been seeing this entire week. We have been working with Oracle on this throughout the evening and will continue to do so until the issues are fully resolved." We have confirmed another issue with Calling Services at approximately 200pm EST today. Our vendor's are working to resolve the issue. While most endpoints should have come back up, some may need a reboot to restore. Services have been restored as of 215 EST. Please reach out if you continue to experience any issues.
